The project:

The object of this project is to cascade an employability programme providing education, skills and training leading to employment.

The project targets black and minority ethnics, refugees and economic migrants whose first language is not that of the host country and who are either economically inactive or in low-level employment and seeking to up-skill and gain better employment.

They face multiple barriers to the labour market and have some of the highest unemployment rates and poorest educational standards of any specific group within EU labour market data.
